View, correct, or delete content
Open a shelf to see its shared products. Open a product to edit its photo or details, or choose its delete action. Any member can also choose Report and remove, which hides the product on their device and queues shared deletion without human review. The app removes known local shopping-status history and queues deletion of its CloudKit records. Other devices and older records update as synchronization catches up.
Leave a shelf or remove a member
Members can choose Leave shelf. The app removes the shelf from its current local catalog, attempts photo cleanup, and queues iCloud departure if offline. Previously shared contributions remain for other members.
Owners can use People and blocking → Remove from shelf. The removed person's device must reconnect and detect loss of access before local cleanup occurs. An owner can delete the entire shelf to request deletion of its CloudKit record zone and sharing information.
Members can choose Block owner and leave to leave all joined shelves from that owner and refuse future invitations from them on the current device. Manage the local block list in Shelves → Blocked shelf owners. Unblocking does not automatically rejoin a shelf or cancel pending departures. Other devices have their own block lists.
Stop future use
Ignore unwanted invitations, withdraw camera permission in device Settings, or remove the app. Removing the app does not delete shared CloudKit shelves or your Apple Account. Photos, screenshots, old app files, backups, and copies held outside the app have the limits described in the privacy policy.
Contact the publisher
Email natfo.apps@gmail.com with an access, correction, deletion, or privacy complaint request. Give enough context to identify the issue without sending passwords or unnecessary personal information. The publisher may need to verify the request and may direct you to an in-app action or the shelf owner because there is no publisher-operated copy of every shelf.
Support/privacy messages are deleted from the managed mailbox within 90 days after resolution. Provider backups and your own email copies are handled separately. There is no bulk export feature in the current app.
In app versions with People and blocking, select a member or known contributor and choose Block. Owners hide known content on their device and queue removal from owned shares; other members leave known shelves with that person. The app refuses invitations to known blocked shelves or with visible blocked participants, and leaves a joined shelf if a blocked contributor is discovered later. Manage these local blocks in Shelves → Blocked people. Unblocking does not rejoin shelves, invite members back, or cancel queued departures/removals. These controls apply on the current device, do not erase saved copies, and cannot ban someone from other people's shelves.
